We will not push you to buy a new device. If your current hearing aids are still meeting your needs, then we will do what we can to extend their life. We will only recommend replacements when the device is out of warranty and beyond repair, or the cost to fix it is more than the value. We recommend a new device if your hearing needs have significantly changed or if some new technology offers a clear benefit.
